2010's Last Quarter

I have been rather lazy about posting our news, I'm afraid.  Not that it isn't noteworthy, but just because I have been involved in other, oh so important, activities.  You know, school programs, birthdays, holidays and the such.  And then, there has been this wonderful site of digital scrapbooking education that I just can't get enough of!!  When I disappear into the computer room, Brad just asks with a smile, "You and Jessica have a hot date?"  At least he still has a sense of humor.  Even the computer has had to take a backseat to doctor's visits and surgeries during the holidays and I am so ready for normal.  However, not sure what normal really is anymore and I do suppose that its definition has to be revised several times in a person's lifetime.

Teauna made Brad a yummy birthday dinner, we attended a very touching Veterans Day Program in Malad that featured Shawn and his adorable little Brenna, and celebrated once again at Teauna's a most wonderful Thanksgiving meal.  A busy November and I cannot forget that a major highlight was that Kai showed up and stayed in the area (with us and Teauna) for a very nice visit and then returned for his flight home.  We were able to take him to the airport (in the snow sleet stuff) and say goodbye.  What a wonderful addition he has been to our family.  And email, with facebook, make it so easy to stay in touch.

December brought school programs, wet weather, and Christmas.  And then, tomorrow night, we usher in a new year and say so-long to the old one.  My goodness, time does go by so quickly.

Oh, I have taken up water aerobics at Downata.  Yep, I'm becoming my mother.  There are several of us that travel together and I really hope to get Brad involved after this week.  There are several men that do laps while we do the aerobics and I really think he would enjoy the activity.

Well, enjoy the pictures.  They are quite the collection and hope they make sense to someone other than me.
